Standard shipping within South Africa is charged at a flat rate of R160. Free Shipping for Orders over R5000
Orders containing Shisha/Hookah pipes, Caesar bases, or bulk deals will incur an additional R50 handling fee due to packaging requirements. In such cases, the total shipping fee will be R200 per order, even if other single items are included.
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and cleared.
Velar Shisha reserves the right to review, amend, or cancel any order where necessary.
For local collection in Mayfair/Crosby, processing may take 5–10 business days if the selected items are not currently stocked at the Mayfair/Crosby location.
