The Provost 2 will work with almost any hookah bowl if used on top of foil and holds 3-4 pieces of charcoal. Simply place it on top of your Hookah bowl and you’re ready to go. With the Provost 2 you can cut your charcoal consumption in half and get much longer sessions out of your bowl

With heat management devices one of the most common complaints is that they take longer to warm up and get the session going, the easiest way around that is to place the hot coals in the Provost II and close the vents. This will trap the heat inside and allow it to heat much much quicker. In the event your session is burning a little hot, simply open the vents to cool down.

We recommend starting your session with 2 cube charcoals inside the Provost 2.  Begin with the vents open, if the sessions gets hot then tilt the lid to the side and put back to normal when it co
